As internet marketing manager at Launchpad Web Services, I was responsible for landing page creation for the RealtyAustin website. The client wanted to rank at the top of search rankings for all Austin real estate markets, neighborhoods, points of interest, attractions, and hot corridors like South Congress Avenue or downtown. I created SEO-optimized landing pages to be placed on their site on a weekly rotation, depending on the current needs. In addition, I managed google adwords campaigns for several RealtyAustin realtors, who built up their own lead generation campaigns. I set up websites for several real estate agents also, onboarding their CRM with content and creating landing pages for ad campaigns to drive traffic to.
Greg Saunders was a real estate agent client with Realty Austin seeking to break into the South Austin housing market. I delivered a robust lead-generation site for South Austin homes, coupled with targeted Google search advertising, built on and utilizing the Real Estate Webmasters platform and MLS listing snippets.. With on-page SEO and managed PPC campaigns, I was able to deliver over 200 clicks and an average of 10 leads per month from PPC for his real estate business.
